Resumen de Evaluación del estado de la educación ambiental en la Comunidad Ceferíno Fernández, Pinar del Río

  La explotación irracional de los recursos naturales por el hombre para su beneficio, ha causado el deterioro del Medio Ambiente de manera alarmante, siendo esta una de las más importantes preocupaciones de la humanidad. Diversos especialistas han constatado que la educación ambiental es la vía más factible para que las comunidades logren sensibilizarse con la realidad ambiental que acontece en nuestro tiempo, y en su orientación hacia el futuro. Con la finalidad de determinar el estado de la educación ambiental de la comunidad Ceferino Fernández Viñas de Pinar del Río, se realizó un diagnóstico ambiental participativo que permitió conocer la problemática ambiental de la comunidad, para el cual se utilizaron métodos como el análisis documental y la Investigación Acción Participativa que contempla la aplicación de técnicas para la identificación, localización, caracterización y jerarquización de problemas ambientales existentes sobre la base de la percepción de representantes de la comunidad. Demostrándose que un porciento elevado de los habitantes están dispuesto a participar y contribuir al cuidado del medio que les rodea, resultado este muy positivo, ya que refleja que los pobladores conocen la problemática allí existente y tienen la voluntad de integrarse para interactuar resaltando la importante necesidad de buscar soluciones a los problemas existentes representando el fundamento para la aplicación de un programa de educación ambiental que permita minimizar los niveles de contaminación y el deterioro del ambiente de esta localidad.

  The irrational exploitation of the natural resources for the man for their benefit, it has caused the deterioration of the environment in an alarming way, being this one of the humanity's more important concerns. Diverse specialists have verified that the environmental education is the most feasible road so that the communities are able to be sensitized with the environmental reality that happens in our time, and in its orientation toward the future. With the purpose of determining the state of the environmental education of the community Ceferino Fernández Viñas of Pinar del Rio until the present, it was carried out a diagnosis environmental for participating that allowed to know the environmental problem of the community, for the one which methods like the documental analysis and the Investigation Participated Action was used that contemplates the application of techniques for the identification, localization, characterization and hierarchization of existent environmental problems on the base of the perception of representatives of the community. Being demonstrated that a high percent of the inhabitants is willing to participate and to contribute under the care of the means that surrounds them, result this, very positive since reflective that the residents know the problem there existent and they have the will of being integrated for interchanging being stood out the important necessity to look for solutions to the existent problems representing the foundation for the application of a program of environmental education that allows to minimize the levels of contamination and the deterioration of the atmosphere of this town.
