    La ausencia de una herramienta capaz de medir integralmente el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones Cuba S.A. en la provincia de Pinar del Río, constituye la inquietud principal que dio curso a esta investigación. Tras la combinación de la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa, se diseñó una encuesta para sondear la satisfacción integral de 300 personas que hicieron uso de los servicios de telecomunicaciones en uno u otro sentido, dando seguimiento al comportamiento de la misma con una periodicidad mínima de una medición en el año. Partiendo de los resultados de dicha medición, se implementó un conjunto de acciones concretas para aumentar la eficacia de la satisfacción al cliente en la División Territorial Pinar del Río.

    The absence of a tool able to measure the level of the clients' of Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba S.A. satisfaction integrally in the county of Pinar del Río, constitutes the main restlessness that gave course to this investigation. After the combination of the quantitative and qualitative investigation, a survey was designed to sound the integral satisfaction of 300 people that they make use of the services of telecommunications in one or another sense, giving pursuit to the behavior of the same one with a minimum rhythm of a mensuration in the year. Leaving of the results of this mensuration, they are implemented a group of concrete actions to increase the effectiveness from the satisfaction to the client in the Territorial Division in Pinar del Rio.
