Estudio de eficacia del producto factor de crecimiento epidérmico + ácido hialurónico fórmula

    Con el tiempo las personas presentan envejecimiento celular disminuyendo la síntesis de moléculas tales como el ácido hialurónico, factor del mantenimiento cutáneo, y el factor de crecimiento epidérmico, fundamental para la regeneración epidérmica al tener capacidad mitogénica sobre varias células epiteliales y fibroblastos. Este envejecimiento provoca pérdida de elasticidad y firmeza en la piel y aparición de arrugas. Por esto, se desarrolló un complejo de ultra-regeneración facial cuyos principios activos son el ácido hialurónico y el factor de crecimiento epidérmico. Este estudio pretende demostrar la eficacia del producto en mujeres con signos de envejecimiento facial. Se analizó una muestra aleatoria de 18 voluntarias dividida en 2 grupos (A y B). Al grupo A se le aplicó el producto con un dispositivo y al grupo B se le aplicó manualmente. Inicialmente las voluntarias fueron reunidas para entregarles el producto, darles indicaciones y tomar datos basales. El producto se aplicó a los 7 (primera sesión) y a los 21 días (segunda sesión) siguientes. En la segunda sesión y a los 15 días después de la segunda sesión (35 días) se volvieron a tomar datos de la piel para observar efectos producidos a través del tiempo. El estudio demuestra que el producto atenúa las arrugas reduciendo su volumen, longitud, área y profundidad. Se encontró que los beneficios se mantienen tras dos sesiones de tratamiento. La aplicación con el dispositivo, produjo efectos más rápido y fue el único que tuvo efectos sobre la profundidad de las arrugas. Los testimonios de las participantes fueron satisfactorios. Se puede concluir que el producto desarrollado es efectivo para la eliminación de arrugas, para devolver la elasticidad y la firmeza de la piel, sus efectos son inocuos para la piel sana, se mantienen y mejoran a través del tiempo.

    Over time people have cellular aging by decreasing the synthesis of molecules such as hyaluronic acid, important for the maintenance of the skin, and the epidermal growth factor, important in the epidermal regeneration as it has mitogenic capacity on various epithelial cells and fibroblasts. This aging causes loss of elasticity and firmness in the skin and wrinkles. This is why a complex of ultra-facial regeneration composed by hyaluronic acid and epidermal growth factor as active ingredients was developed. This study aims to demonstrate the efficacy of this product in women with facial aging. A random sample of 19 volunteers was formed and it was divided into two groups (A and B). The product was applied with a device to group A and manually to group B. Initially the volunteers were pooled to give them the product with some indications and to take baseline data. The product was applied at 7 (first session) and 21 days (second session) after they first met. In the second session and 15 days after the second session (35 days) data from the skin of volunteers was taken to see the effects over time. The study proved that the product reduces wrinkles by reducing their volume, length, area and depth. It was also found that the benefits are maintained after two sessions of treatment. The device method obtained effects more quickly and was the only one that reduced the depth of the wrinkles. Satisfaction of the volunteers was acceptable too. Therefore, it can be concluded that the product is effective for removing wrinkles, restore elasticity and firmness of the skin and its effects are safe and maintained and even improved over time.
