    El presente escrito examina desde la perspectiva de la teoría del capital humano las convergencias y asimetrías entre las personas con estudios superiores y las condiciones del mercado laboral mexicano. El análisis se centra en la incorporación de los jóvenes a la dinámica productiva y la feminización de la oferta laboral. Para ello, se analizan los datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Ocupación y Empleo (ENOE) generada por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI) durante el intervalo comprendido entre 2005 y 2012.

    This article considers, from the perspective theory of the human capital, the convergences and asymmetries concerning persons with higher education and the conditions of the Mexican labor market. The analysis is centered on the youth incorporation to the productive and feminizing dynamics of the labor offer. For it, its used the analysis brought by the National Survey of Occupation and Employment (ENOE) information generated by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) during the interval included among 2005 and 2012.
