  • The article focuses on completion of the New York University (NYU) in Abu Dhabi campus (NYUAD) in United Arab Emirates which was called as transformation by NYU's president John Sexton. Topics discussed include the establishment of the semi-governmental development institution Qatar Foundation in 1995, globalization of higher education, and NYUAD and NYU's agreement on several values with significance, including academic freedom, free speech, and respect for human dignity
