  • The author discusses the adaption of information and communication technology (ICT) by the government of Cuba to become a digital hub in the Caribbean region. Topics include the impact of digital revolution on social and economic change of the country, the challenges faced by Cuban millennials in terms of technology, and factors to help the government develop ICT sector such as infrastructure funding and the revoke of U.S. embargo
