    El trabajo analiza el art. 14 §1 de las Reglas de Procedimiento contenidas en el M.P. Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus, que concreta requisitos pertinentes para el denominado proceso breve ante el Obispo. Se procede al estudio de cada una de las circunstancias enumeradas en el mismo, con el objeto de determinar si constituyen nuevas causas de nulidad matrimonial, o si las mismas han de entenderse contenidas en causas de nulidad, propiamente dichas, ya existentes.

    This paper analyzes Art. 14 §1 of the Rules of Procedure contained in M.P. Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus, which stays the relevant requirements for the so-called brief process before the Bishop. It proceeds to the study of each of circumstances enumerated, with the object to decide if they constitute new causes of matrimonial nullity, or if they have to be understood as contemplated in the causes of nullity that already exist.
