  • Canada is one of the most diverse and inclusive societies in the world. Toronto alone is home to over 140 different languages and dialects. Our new prime minister, Justin Trudeau, recently appointed an equal number of men and women -- including a significant number of visible minorities -- to his federal cabinet, making it the first in Canadian history to achieve gender parity. Our country was also one of the first to recognise same-sex marriage.

    Canadian law firms are beginning to catch up with Canadian society at large.
