  • Dentons has confirmed the hire of Matthew Arnold & Baldwin's (MAB) banking and finance litigation team, comprising 11 partners and another 64 fee-earners.

    The team will join Dentons on 1 February, giving the firm a presence in Watford, with the group remaining in its present offices for the time being.

    The hires were first flagged by The Lawyer last summer, at which time market sources suggested that Dentons was in merger talks with MAB.
