Resumen de Hospitalidade, migração e gastronomia: A família marino e o Restaurante Carlino

  This paper focuses on hospitality in Brazil face its immigrants, especially Italians. In that way, how the (in) hospitality happened in this process? Under what conditions the Italian cuisine has established itself here in Sao Paulo including a contributio n of Italian culture? Therefore, we chose to follow the narratives of Antonio Carlos Marino and his sons, through which it throws bridges memory with the founder of the oldest Italian restaurant in the city of São Paulo (1881), Carlino Restaurant. The study allowed the analysis of scenes hospitable and inhospitable that marked the affirmation of family in Brazil, both in the situation they experienced as immigrants from a new guest-earth as living in today, hosts a restaurant that is an important reference for tourism in the city of São Paulo.

  O objetivo deste artigo centra-se na temática da hospitalidade no Brasil face aos seus imigrantes, em especial aos de origem italiana. De que forma, a (in) hospitalidade aconteceu nesse processo? Em quais condições a gastronomia italiana firmou-se aqui em São Paulo inclusive como contribuição da cultura italiana? Para tanto, optou-se por acompanhar as narrativas de Antônio Carlos Marino e seus filhos, através dos quais ele lança pontes de memória com o fundador do restaurante italiano mais antigo da cidade de São Paulo (1881), o Restaurante Carlino. O estudo permitiu a análise das cenas hospitaleiras e inospitaleiras que marcaram a afirmação da família no Brasil, tanto na situação por eles vividas como imigrantes-hóspedes de uma nova terra como na hoje vivi da, de anfitriões em um restaurante que constitui uma importante referência para o turismo na cidade de São Paulo
