Resumen de Considerações sobre a gastronomia na obra de jorge amado: Um estudo de caso de dona flor e seus dois maridos

  This article aims through a case study, which uses bibliographic references analyze the novel Dona Flor and Her Two Husbands by Jorge Amado written and published in 1966, offering a reflection on the use and marketing of recipes in the book, in purpose of verifying relations between literature as a tool for building cultural tourism. This article discusses cultural tourism, gastronomy and literature. This research believes that cultural tourism and the gastronomy can walk together, looking for alternatives that can contribute to the promotion of the welfare of the community, ensuring the valuation of their cultural identity and strengthening the economy.

  Este artigo tem como objetivo através de um estudo de caso, que utiliza de referencial bibliográfico analisar o romance Dona Flor e Seus Dois Maridos, escrito por Jorge Amado e publicado em 1966, oferecendo uma reflexão sobre a utilização e comercialização de receitas do livro, no intuito de verificar relações entre a literatura enquanto ferramenta para a construção do turismo cultural.. Este artigo discorre sobre o turismo cultural, gastronomia e literatura. Esta pesquisa acredita que o turismo cultural e gastronomia podem caminhar juntos, buscando alternativas que possam contribuir para a promoção do bem-estar da comunidade, assegurando à valorização de sua identidade cultural e fortalecimento a economia.
