    En el presente trabajo, analizaremos algunas características argumentativas importantes de la presunción de inocencia y el in dubio pro reo en el juicio penal, desde la perspectiva de un sistema argumentativo y modelo computacional llamado «Sistema Argumentativo con estructuras Paralelas y Subordinadas» (SAPS). Además, presentaremos algunos aspectos generales sobre la carga de la prueba en el derecho penal y cómo puede ser modelada mediante SAPS. Por último, compararemos nuestro análisis con el de otros sistemas argumentativos.

    In this paper we will analyze some important argumentative characteristics of the presumption of innocence and the in dubio pro reo in the criminal trial, from the viewpoint of an argumentative system and computational model called «System of Argumentation with Parallel and Subordinated structures» (SAPS). Also, we will show some general aspects about the burden of proof in the Criminal Law and how can be modelled by SAPS. Lastly, we will compare our analysis with other systems.
