The Human Relations Paper of the Year Award is given to the paper that the Editorial Team considers best encapsulates broad readership appeal, sound methods, and whose theory advances our understanding of human relations at work.
The editors looked at all the articles published in the 68th volume before arriving at a shortlist of 10 articles for consideration for the 2015 Paper of the Year Award. These shortlisted papers covered a very wide variety of topics and methods and the editors read all 10 papers carefully before ranking them. Total scores for each article revealed the winner:
