  En este trabajo damos a conocer el pleito seguido por el alfaquí Bernardino de Segura contra el Gran Capitán por los habices de la mezquita de Busquistar. Los reyes hicieron merced al alfaquí de estos bienes y cuando Gonzalo Fernández de Córdoba obtuvo el señorío de la taha de Órgiva se adueñó de ellos. El pleito contó con el testimonio de numerosos testigos. Por fin la justicia dio la razón al alfaquí y el Gran Capitán tuvo que devolverle los bienes y las rentas de nueve años desde 1502 a 1511. El alfaquí cedió parte de este dinero a Lorenzo Abencaçan que le prestó algunas cantidades y le acompañó a la corte para sacar un traslado de la merced real que se había perdido.

  In this article, we know the lawsuit of the alfaqui Bernardino Segura against the Great Captain by the Waqfs (Habus) of the mosque of Busquístar. The Kings gave these goods to the alfaqui, when Gonzalo Fernández de Córdoba (Geat Captain) obtained the Manor of tahá de Orgiva, he took them. Numerous witnesses went to the lawsuit. Finally Justice gave reason to the alfaqui and the Great Captain had to give back the assets and incomes from nine years since 1502-1511. The alfaqui granted part of this money to Lorenzo Abencaçan who lent him some quantities and accompanied him to the Court to take a detachment of the Royal grant that had been lost.
