    El trabajo plantea como ha influido el pensamiento de Luigi Ferrajoli en las nuevas constituciones latinoamericanas que se engloban en el llamado Nuevo Constitucionalismo Latinoamericano. Se analiza su incidencia tanto en los objetivos configuradores del nuevo constitucionalismo latinoamericano, como en su apuesta por la ruptura constituyente, el intento de generar un modelo de democracia sustancial y en otras cuestiones relevantes como el constitucionalismo global, el pacifismo jurídico y la renta básica.

    The work proposes how the thought of Luigi Ferrajoli has influenced in the new Latin American Constitutions, which is englobed in the so-called New Latin American Constitutionalism. It analyzes its impact both regarding the configurator objectives of the new Latin American constitutionalism, as well as in its bet on a constitutional rupture, the attempt to créate a model of substantial democracy and other relevant issues such as global constitutionalism, legal pacisfism and basic income.
