Las innovaciones pedagógicas para garantizar una gestión eficaz en la clase de ELE

    Este artículo se propone explorar la relación entre las innovaciones pedagógicas, el uso de las nuevas tecnologías en el aprendizaje de ELE y su impacto directo en el nivel de motivación del alumno. El principal objetivo de esta investigación, centrada en una metodología teórico-práctica, es demostrar que la creación de un clima de trabajo sano y la implicación cognitiva en el aprendiz tienden a disminuir la aparición de comportamientos perturbadores en clase, ya se trate de estudiantes jóvenes o universitarios. Además de definir los componentes de la motivación y la noción de prevención en gestión de clase, se presentarán estrategias de enseñanza así como propuestas didácticas inspiradas en el método inverso, y que suponen la utilización del laboratorio de lenguas junto con la plataforma pedagógica Moodle. Será posible observar que, en estas condiciones, el aula se convierte en un espacio de trabajo donde el estudiante realiza un aprendizaje activo, autonómo y significativo, lo cual no solo representa una medida de prevención ideal para una gestión de clase eficaz en ELE, sino también un modelo de enseñanza que favorece el desarrollo de competencias comunicativas y tecnológicas así como la perseverancia escolar, especialmente entre los chicos.

    This article aims to explore the relationship between the pedagogical innovations, the use of new technologies in the learning of Spanish as a foreign language and its positive impact on student motivation. The main objective of this research, focused on a theoretical and practical methodology, is to demonstrate that the creation of a healthy work climate and cognitive involvement in the apprentice tend to decrease the occurrence of disruptive behaviors in class, whether they are young or college students. In addition to defining the components of the motivation concept and the notion of prevention in class management, the article will also present teaching strategies as well as didactic proposals inspired by the flipped classroom and which involve the use of the language laboratory together with the Moodle teaching platform. It will be possible to observe that, in these circumstances, the classroom becomes a workspace where the student performs an active, autonomous and meaningful learning, which not only represents an ideal measure of prevention that leads to an effective class management in Spanish courses, but also a teaching model that favours the development of communicative and technological skills as well as school perseverance, especially among the boys.
