    El puente sobre el Danubio Vidin-Calafat es un proyecto desarrollado por FCC Construcción y diseñado por la ingeniería española Carlos Fernández Casado. Consiste en un puente carretero y ferroviario entre las poblaciones de Vidin (Bulgaria) y Calafat (Rumanía). El puente atraviesa el Danubio, constituyéndose en el segundo nexo sobre este río entre ambos países y forma parte del Corredor IV, que enlaza Dresde (Alemania) con Estambul (Turquía).

    The Vidin-Calafat Bridge over the Danube was built by FCC Construcción and designed by the Spanish engineering firm Carlos Fernández Casado. This road and rail bridge connects the cities of Vidin (Bulgaria) and Calafat (Romania) and is the second bridge on the shared section of the Danube between the two countries. The bridge forms part of the Pan-European Corridor IV running between Dresden (Germany) and Istanbul (Turkey).
