Los efectos de la Ley de Igualdad en la situación laboral de las mujeres en España

    A pesar de los avances legislativos en nuestro país, consideramos que el cumplimiento de las leyes, y más concretamente Ley para la Igualdad Efectiva de Mujeres y Hombres del año 2007, no está siendo suficientemente “efectiva” a la hora de corregir las desigualdes de género. Para evidenciarlo, realizamos un estudio en el ámbito laboral acerca de la situación de las trabajadoras en esta esfera, a través de datos cuantitativos de los años 2006 y 2011; ya que consideramos que en dicho período los efectos de la crisis aún no se mostraban con toda su virulencia. A continuación, llevamos a cabo una comparación con los derechos reconocidos y los datos estadísticos, lo que cual nos permite llegar a una conclusión: la Ley de Igualdad no está corrigiendo las desigualdades de género en el mundo laboral.

    Despite of the legislative advances in our country, we consider that the fulfillment of the laws, and more concretely Law for the Effective Equality of Women and Men of the year 2007, It is not sufficiently "effective" at the moment of correcting the gender inequalities. To demonstrate it, we realize a study in the working world it brings over of the situation of the working women, across quantitative information of the year 2006 and 2011; because we think that in this period the effects of the crisis has not showed in full force. Later, we carry out a comparison with the recognized rights and the statistical information, what which allows us to come to a conclusion: the Law of Equality is not correcting the desigualdades of kind in the labor world.
