    El autor se aproxima a la figura del divorcio ante notario, introducido por la Ley 15/2015, de 2 de julio, de Jurisdicción Voluntaria. Ese divorcio constituye un contrato, pero la aplicación al mismo de las categorías contractuales pone de manifiesto algunas disfunciones en las que el legislador posiblemente no ha reparado.

    The author approaches the figure of divorce at a notary's office, introduced in Spain by Act 15/2015 of July 2nd, on Voluntary Jurisdiction. This divorce is a contract, but applying to it of the contractual categories reveals some dysfunctions, in which the legislator has not perhaps thought.
