      Chances are you have never heard of AIM-listed Scapa, but if you're reading this on a smartphone you're more than likely using one of its products right now.

      The global company specialises in bonding adhesives - whether it's the adhesive used to keep your screen on your phone or the bonding materials used in hospitals across the world. Sitting at the top of its ultra-slim legal team is general counsel Rebecca Smith.

      According to the company report published in May, at the latest year-end Scapa posted revenues of £236m. The company employs more than 1,300 people in 11 jurisdictions, focusing on providing adhesives and bonding materials to sectors from healthcare to construction to aerospace
