    In-house interview A background in digital media, including running his own tech company, has helped Ned Staple guide Zoopla Property Group through an IPO and beyond When he joined online real estate portal Zoopla Property Group as general counsel and company secretary in 2013 Ned Staple was thrown in at the deep end. Not only had he taken on his first in-house role, but he had joined a business that was just about to float on the London Stock Exchange.

    It is just as well, then, that he had experience of IPO work from his time as a corporate associate at magic circle firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, as well as an insight into the digital media world from having done a secondment at Apple and launched his own technology business
