Resumen de Formação policial e violência de gênero: relato de experiências nas delegacias da mulher de Sergipe

The article describes and analyzes two pioneer experiences of police formation in the State of Sergipe directed to the dealing with gender violence, addressed to female police officers from Women Police Stations. Discussing the limits of the capacitation programs, the reasoning the article proposes consists in taking daily police practices as a parameter of policial formation and strategy to rethink the meeting of the demands of women in violence situation and the social function of Women Police Stations.

O artigo descreve e analisa duas experiências pioneiras de formação policial em Sergipe voltadas ao trato da violência de gênero, dirigidas a policiais das delegacias da Mulher. discutindo os limites dos programas de capacitação a reflexão que o artigo propõe consiste em tomar as práticas policiais no seu cotidiano como elemento balizador da formação policial e estratégia para repensar o atendimento às demandas das mulheres em situação de violência e a função social das delegacias da Mulher.
