Resumen de Michel Foucault y la Gubernamentalidad Financiera: Reflexiones sobre la Crisis Financiera Internacional

En este ensayo planteo una forma de gubernamentalidad o de tecnología de poder que denomino gubernamentalidad financiera, que se diferencia del ordoliberalismo alemán y el anarcoliberalismo norteamericano, analizados por Michel Foucault. ¿En qué contexto emerge esta forma de racionalidad financiera?, ¿cómo emerge y se desarrolla?, ¿qué significados tiene para la biopolítica y la gubernamentalidad? y ¿qué implicancias devienen de este proceso de transformación del trabajo humano en capital financiero?, son algunos de los interrogantes que se discuten en este trabajo a modo de ensayo. A partir de los conceptos de biopolítica y gubernamentalidad, abordo las teorías de la política de sociedad y del capital humano, como fundamentos del ordoliberalismo alemán y del anarcoliberalismo norteamericano, respectivamente, discutiendo luego la forma de gubernamentalidad que denomino gubernamentalidad financiera, como tecnología de poder diferenciada de aquéllos.

In this paper I present a governability or power technology form what I call financial governability that differs from the German ordoliberalism and the North American anacor-liberalism, analyzed by Michel Foucault. In which context does this form emerge from financial rationality?, how does it emerge and develop itself?, what meanings has it got for biopolítics and governability? And what implications happen from this transformation process of the human work in financial capital?, these are some of the matters that are discussed in this paper. As from the concepts of biopolítics and governability, I treat the theories of the policy of society and human capital, as foundations of the German ordoliberalism and the North American anarco-liberalism, respectively, later discussing the governability form which I call financial governability, as power technology differentiated from those.
