    Desde sus inicios los seres vivos han debido adaptarse a su ambiente, a través de estrategias que le permitan sobrellevar de mejor manera las particularidades del medio que les rodea, todas ellas parten del ciclo de la naturaleza, tales como incendios, erupciones volcánicas, terremotos y ciclones.Los desastres generan consecuencias físicas, sociales y psicológicas que se manifiestan en diversos grados en diferentes personas, familias, comunidades y culturas. Se describen como alteraciones intensas en las personas, los bienes, los servicios y el ambiente, causadas por un suceso natural o provocadas por la actividad humana, que exceden la capacidad de respuesta de la comunidad afectada.La intervención en crisis es un proceso psicoterapéutico dirigido a auxiliar a una persona y su entorno íntimo a resistir un suceso traumático, los niños/as son afectados por todas las limitaciones que le imponen los desastres a su desenvolvimiento cotidiano, la estrategia de abordaje de las manifestaciones psicopatológicas debe conformarse desde una perspectiva social, aprovechando las tareas cotidianas de los niños/as.Los principales eventos que repercuten en la salud mental de niños/as y adolescentes están en relación con los Trastornos emocionales y los Trastornos de la Conducta, estas manifestaciones dependen en gran medida de los factores de riesgo y protectores presentes.

    From his starts the living beings have had to adapt to his environment, through strategies that allow him know of better way the peculiarities of the half that surrounds them, all they split of the cycle of the nature, such like fires, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and hurricanes.

    The disasters generate physical consequences, social and psychological that manifest in diverse degrees in different people, families, communities and cultures. They describe like intense alterations in the people, the goods, the services and the environment, caused by a natural event or caused by the human activity, that exceed the capacity of answer of the community affected.

    The intervention in crisis is a psychotherapy process headed to help to a person and his intimate surroundings to resist a traumatic event, the boys/ace are affected by all the limitations that impose him the disasters to his daily development, the strategy of boarding of the psychopathology demonstrations has to conform from a social perspective, taking advantage of the daily tasks of the boys/ace. The main events that appear in the mental health of boys/ace and teenagers are in relation with the Emotional Disorders and the Disorders of the Behavior, these demonstrations depend to a large extent of the factors of risk and protective presents.
