  • CANINE epilepsy researchers at the Royal Veterinary College are studying the effects of the antiepileptic veterinary medicinal product imepitoin (Pexion; Boehringer Ingelheim) on the behaviour of dogs newly diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy.

    Several medical treatment options are available for the treatment of idiopathic epilepsy, with their efficacy and tolerability well studied; however, little is known about the impact of antiepileptic drugs on canine behaviour.
