THE British College of Veterinary Specialists has invited the Royal Sun Alliance (RSA) Insurance Group to attend its forthcoming meeting to discuss concerns arising from the insurance group's apparent changes to the terms and conditions of its pet insurance policies, which appear to limit the choice of referral practices that policyholders can use.
