YOUR Comment (‘Passing the buck’; VR, April 4, 2015, vol 176, p 344) rightly states that the tendering exercise has been ‘a stressful, time-consuming and unhappy experience for many veterinary practices’, and as the contracts between Delivery Partners and subcontractors are being issued and considered we are hearing some of these concerns direct from our members.
Readers will hopefully be aware that the BVA has opposed the move to a system of tendering since it was first mooted by Defra.
