  La crisis económica ha tenido un signifi cativo y dispar impacto en los diferentes sectores de la economía española. En este trabajo se pretende analizar la respuesta del sector turístico español ante dicha amenaza, poniendo de relieve la resistencia y fortaleza del mismo, la dispersión del régimen jurí- dico de los alojamientos turísticos rurales, sobre todo debido a la diversidad de su oferta, que si bien se centra en el sol y playa en el litoral, tiene como máximos exponentes el turismo rural, de naturaleza, cultural o urbano como complemento del anterior, o como principal recurso en las localidades del interior

  The economic crisis has had a signifi cant and disparate impact in the different sectors of the spanish economy. In this paper, we attempt to analyze the response of the spanish tourism industry given the circumstances, emphasizing the resistance and strength of the sector, the dispersion of the legal regulations of the rural tourism accommodations, mainly due to the diversity of its offer, which it’s focuses on the sun and beach on the coast, and has as maximum exponents the rural, nature, cultural or urban tourism, as a complement of the above, or as the main resource in inland
