Resumen de El rol del docente frente a la innovación y la incertidumbre

  El propósito principal de esta investigación documental es el de determinar el conjunto de competencias y capacidades que deben poseer los docentes de hoy para promover procesos innovadores en los sistemas educativos y al mismo tiempo, afrontar de manera efectiva y eficiente las inevitables situaciones de incertidumbre causadas por el cambiante y dinámico entorno social y cultural que afecta de manera directa los resultados educativos esperados. En este sentido, se parte de la revisión de trabajos de autores como Morin con sus “Siete saberes para la educación del futuro”, la “Teoría General de los Sistemas” de Bertalanffy, los aportes de las Neurociencias, las propuestas de la UNESCO para competencias en TIC, entre otras, finalizando con un cuadro resumen que presenta las competencias y capacidades docentes para afrontar situaciones de incertidumbre sobre la base de la innovación.

  The principal intention of this documentary investigation is determining the set of competitions and capacities that the today teachers must possess to promote innovative processes in the educational systems and at the same time, to confront in an effective and efficient way the inevitable situations of uncertainty caused by the changeable and dynamic social and cultural environment that affects in a direct way the educational awaited results. In this respect, it splits of the review of authors' works as Morin with his “Seven complex lessons in education for the future” and others as the “General Theory of the Systems” by Bertalanffy, the contributions of the Neuroscience, the offers of the UNESCO for competitions in TIC, and others, finishing with a picture they summarize that he presents the competitions and educational aptitudes to confront situations of uncertainty on the base of the innovation.
