Resumen de Los estándares de Finlandia en las pruebas de la selección inicial del profesorado en España

  El presente trabajo pretende mostrar los resultados obtenidos tras aplicar los estándares y criterios de selección de candidatos que se emplean en Finlandia para admitir a los estudiantes de magisterio, sobre una muestra de alumnos y alumnas de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de Málaga. Con ello se persigue responder al siguiente interrogante: ¿qué tipo de conocimientos y/o disposiciones personales son necesarios considerar a la hora de seleccionar a los candidatos? Los resultados obtenidos muestran que ninguno de nuestros estudiantes fue capaz de responder positivamente a las pruebas a las que fueron sometidos

  This article aims to show the results attained after recreating the Finnish selection standards and criteria for students of the degree in teaching, in this case involving a sample of students from the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Malaga (Spain). In this regard, we focus on the following aspect: What type of knowledge and/or personal abilities should be taken into account when selecting prospective teachers? The results show that none of the students in the sample responded positively to the different tests they undertook
