This paper analyzes the possibility of making a distinction between the judicial activity of the Constitutional Court and the activity performed by the ordinary courts as from the difference between constitutional interpretation and the interpretation of law. The paper concludes that if the Constitutional Court defined the scope of control of constitutionality and legality, this distinction is not a separation wall to differentiate the activity of constitutional justice to the activity of ordinary jurisdiction.
