    • Domestic buildings during the colonial, centuries XVI to XIX, in the city of Santiago de Cuba, constitute important buildings that show a correct adaptation to the conditions of the place, which has allowed that they have survived to this day. This is a city with high property values in its Historic Center which boasts the category of National Monument, the reason for which must be preserved and retained.

      To reach this objective, it is that a type of housing wealth and a very singular expression in the colonial home system, as it is the home of balconies, granted the importance that deserves for its beauty and contribute to the recovery of their wealth through the cataloguing of each one of them, it is location in the Historic Centre and the conservation status as a first step in the previous studie
