    No son hoy pocos los autores que exigen que el derecho que garantiza la calidad de las circunstancias naturales que nos rodean sea eso, un verdadero derecho ciudadano garantizado constitucional y legalmente y no un mero principio que rija las políticas públicas. En esa línea, apuntamos aquí la normativa comunitaria y nacional más significativa de protección del entorno, condición sine qua non para el surgimiento y desarrollo digno de la vida.

    There are not today small the authors who demand that the right that guarantees the quality of the natural circumstances that surround us is it, a true civil right guaranteed constitutionally and legally and not a mere principle that governs the public policies. In this line, we aim here at the most significant EU and national regulation of protection of the environment, condition sine qua non for the emergence and worthy development of the life.
