    • Peruvian school needs take on new educational paradigms and the use of NTICs in the curriculum and teaching practices in the classroom, so that future citizens effective responses to the characteristics and demands of today's society is the knowledge, education and leave behind the nineteenth century that still prevails in Peruvian schools. This essay analyzes the most relevant of the XXI century characteristics, the relationship between the school and the characteristics of this society, the formation and the role of teachers in the XXI century and at the end type is characterized school is required to respond to this demand that today's society, and in which the education faculties of universities play a major role.
