Resumen de Expresando la existencia: el pensamiento crítico por medio del arte, la ética y la filosofía

  Es un proyecto educativo interdisciplinario que fue iniciado por profesoras de dos disciplinas y departamentos distintos: filosofía y artes visuales. La propuesta implicó para las profesoras y los alumnos el análisis de textos, la autorreflexión y la reflexión en grupo, así como interpretar y plasmar lo comprendido por medio de diversas expresiones, todo ello con el propósito de promover el pensamiento crítico y el aprendizaje experiencial en temas filosóficos, éticos y artísticos. Para concretar el proyecto los temas abordados fueron: el movimiento filosófico del existencialismo y las corrientes artísticas ligadas al expresionismo, desde el siglo XX hasta nuestros días. De acuerdo con el plan del proyecto, los alumnos investigaron, leyeron varias obras, las discutieron entre ellos y compartieron de manera innovadora y creativa su reflexión individual y grupal por medio de proyectos pictóricos, producción de videos, representaciones e instalaciones.

  This is an interdisciplinary education project initiated by professors from two different disciplines and departments: philosophy and visual arts. The proposal required the following from professors and students: analysis of texts, self-reflection and reflection in groups, and the interpretation and application of what was understood through several expressive means. The purpose of all this is to promote critical thinking and experiential learning of philosophical, ethical and artistic topics. In order to finalize the project, the topics approached were: the philosophical movement of existentialism and the artistic trends related to expressionism, from the 20th century to the present day. In accordance with the project plan, the students researched, read several works, discussed them and shared their individual and group reflections in innovative and creative ways through pictorial projects, video production, performance and installations.
