Resumen de In-house interview: : Mollie Stoker, Lucozade Ribena Suntory

Katy Dowell

  • As if the leap from professional support lawyer to GC wasn't hard enough, Mollie Stoker took on the task of creating from scratch an in-house legal team for newly acquired soft drinks brands Lucozade and Ribena.

At the end of 2013 GlaxoSmithKline sold its Lucozade and Ribena brands to Japanese drinks company Suntory in a deal worth £1.35bn. The company was transferred to Suntory, creating Lucozade Ribena Suntory (LRS) on 1 January 2014.

GSK had sold the business, but it didn't include an in-house legal capability. On 2 January 2014, Mollie Stoker was interviewed for LRS's top legal job
