  • The article focuses on an announcement by a group of Chinese authorities regarding a set of regulations for fintech development to take proactive stance towards it. It is noted that in order to build value for their investors, most startups need to scale across multiple markets in Asia's regulatory environment to understand the vastly different financial regulations across markets
