Resumen de El régimen legal de los campamentos de turismo en España: del alojamiento turístico a la residencia habitual de ciudadanos en tiempo de crisis

En los últimos años, los campamentos de turismo han sido receptores de personas que por su situación económica han decidido instalar su residencia habitual en los mismos. Esta situación, apoyada en gran medida por las facilidades habitacionales que ofrecen, obliga a preguntarse hasta qué punto se ha producido un cambio en la finalidad originaria de este tipo de establecimiento de alojamiento turístico y cuáles son sus consecuencias.
Las normativas autonómicas en materia de turismo recogen diferentes medidas de respuesta, pero realmente su falta de homogeneidad y escasa repercusión hace que sean insuficientes dada la importancia y tendencia creciente de esta problemática.

In the last few years, campsites are in the eye of the storm because they are receiving occupants who, due to the economic crisis, are looking for an affordable alternative residential housing.
The installation of bungalows or other permanent accommodations in campsites further strengthens these behaviors. This begs the question why there has been a change in their original purpose and their consequences.
The autonomous legal regulations on this subject coordinate different actions in response to these threats, but the absence of homogeneity and low impact of these measures make them inadequate to achieve a robust response to the problem.
