    Dentro de los grandes retos para el mundo del trabajo está el hacer compatible el trabajo con la vida familiar.

    Esto pasa por avanzar en la agenda del trabajo decente, considerando su dimensión de género, que significa también avanzar en la igualdad sustantiva entre hombres y mujeres. Debemos apuntar que la dificultad para conciliar el trabajo y la familia radica en que las fronteras entre ambos se están difuminando cada vez más.
