En este ensayo se analiza la naturaleza racional del Estado en Kant. Para ello se estudian las tesis kantianas sobre el Derecho y la Moral. Se analiza la influencia del pensamiento político de Rousseau en Kant así como la distinción entre una concepción pura y una concepción empírica del estado. El trabajo presenta también algunas citas kantianas sobre la subordinación de la Crítica de la razón Pura a la Crítica de la razón Práctica.

In this paper, we will find an analysis of the rational nature of the State in Kant. In order to do so, we study the kantian theses on Rights and Moral. The influence of political thinking by Rousseau in Kant as well as the distinction between a pure and empirical conception of the State are also analyzed. This work presents also some kantian quotations on the subordination of the Critique on Pure Reasoning under the Critique on Practical Reasoning.
