El presente ensayo aborda el problema suscitado entre los poderes Ejecutivo y Legislativo sobre el nombramiento del Procurador de Justicia del Estado de Veracruz. Se explica el sentido de los requisitos para ocupar el cargo, que han dado lugar a dudas y controversias, y se formula una propuesta que evite en lo futuro el enfrentamiento entre los citados poderes sobre tan importante designación.

The present essay approaches the problem between the executive and legislative authorities on the appointment of the Attorney General of the state of Veracruz. The sense of the requirements is explained to hold the position, that has given rise to doubts and controversies, and a proposal that avoids the fight between the authorities mentioned on such an important designation in the future is formulated
