Abstract The Supreme Court defends the existence of a discontinuation of the limitation period deadline of the inheritance tax, regulated in the Tax Regulation, operated by ope legis, without the need that the taxpayer communicates and without specifying that the Administration ruled it, being enough with the existence of a dispute suit on a taxable transaction taxed by the tax.
