La asistencia social en México

  En el presente trabajo se trata ahora de configurar un nuevo desarrollo de los servicios sociales del país, que amplíe y complemente la acción protectora de este sistema, potenciando el modelo de Estado social que contiene la Constitución. La importancia de la acción asistencial, tanto de las instancias públicas como de las instituciones particulares, requiere precisiones. En primer lugar, qué es la asistencia social. Después, quiénes la brindan, quiénes la reciben, cómo se ejecutan las acciones, quiénes las realizan física o materialmente, en dónde se prodigan y cuáles son los principios inspiradores y reguladores.

  In this paper the subject now is to shape a new development in the social services of the country that broadens and complements the protecting action of this system, strengthening the social State model laid in the constitution. The importance of assistance actions from the public instances to the private institutions requires accuracy.
  
  First, they need to define what social assistance is, then who the providers are. Who the recipients are, how these actions are performed, who carries them out both physically or materially, where they are provided and which are the inspiring and regulatory principles.
