Resumen de MacIntyre y ley natural: más allá del conservadurismo
Alasdair MacIntyre has usually been characterized as a conservative author. In this text, the author´s intention is to show some questions about the genesis and development of conservatism. Thus, we correct criticism which locates MacIntyre in an uncritical conservatism, next to relativistic positions. In his lastest works, MacIntyre claims a natural law, which gives content (at least partially). This is a way to show that MacIntyre can´t be characterized as sceptical or as relativist. MacIntyre´s also tries to correct the way of thinking in traditions, following a contextualised rationality and avoiding restrictive normativism that reduces the demands of thinking while searching for universalist and unconditioned parameters. MacIntyre´s proposal should be correct, but it must be attended by the force of his intuitions, persuasiveness of his arguments and his radical nonconformity.
