  • The article focuses on the rise of liberalism in an Islamic government. Topics covered include the advocacy of Queen Rania of Jordan on a progressive Islam, diversity in the Islamic religion, and the emergence of a liberal group called Quranists which oppose the Hadith teachings. The governmental policies created by liberal Muslims, including laws on female rights and homosexuality, are also mentioned
