    En este artículo, la autora defiende la postura de considerar jurídicamente al medio ambiente como un sistema que incluye factores previamente determinados. Pone en evidencia que la legislación mexicana carece de coherencia interna en cuanto al concepto de medio ambiente; dicha inconsistencia podría afectar la eficacia de mecanismos de protección del derecho humano a un medio ambiente adecuado.

    In this paper, the author defends the posture of legally considering the environment as a system which includes factors that have been previously determined. It shows that Mexican legislation lacks of internal coherence regarding the conception of environment;

    such inconsistence could affect the efficacy of mechanisms that protect the adequate environment human right.
