Resumen de Implicações para a prática de pesquisa contemporânea em ciências humanas analisadas à luz da ética

  This reflective essay refers to the context of a period characterized by profound questions, regarding the tension between the different conceptions of science, truth, method and ethics. Discusses the place of ethics in the XXI century as a fetishistic attachment’s problem between absolute truth and salvation, a phenomenon that has kept humanities hostage of a skeptical eye on the legitimacy of the knowledge it produces.

  The essay aims to provoke a debate that instigates a vision that will transcend the exclusionary opposition between humanities and natural sciences, whose controversy rests in the tension between the concepts of truth and scientific truth, limiting the vision and openness of researchers regarding the choice and application of methods. In this sense, we consider as the results of the discussion, the proposal that the fundamental problem in scientific research of the twenty-first century is to take on the challenge to reframe the vision of the source of knowledge and therefore the means of deliberating on what distinguishes truth from scientific truth. While not a new issue because follows pilgrim from the outset, it must be conjectured in the emergence of a new mentality. This time, destabilizing to the view that this truth would be or in the subject or in the object. Being the source of knowledge a place where talks a knowing subject and an object that is known of epistemological equity position, the truth could be in the relationship between them and, consequently, the Principle of Complementarity between science, with the assumption of an ethical rewiring, proposed by Morin, in the context of complex thinking.

  A reflexão que se desenvolve, aqui, reporta-se ao contexto de um período caracterizado por questionamentos profundos, no que tange à tensão entre as diferentes concepções de ciência, verdade, método e ética.

  O eixo da discussão incide sobre o lugar da ética neste século XXI, exercendo o papel de problematizadora de uma vinculação fetichista a determinada visão acerca da verdade, visão essa que tem mantido as ciências humanas reféns de um olhar cético em relação à legitimidade do conhecimento que produz. O objetivo principal, aqui, é provocar um debate que instigue a uma visão que venha transcender a oposição excludente entre ciências humanas e ciências naturais, cuja polêmica se assenta na tensão entre os conceitos de verdade e verdade científica, limitando a visão e abertura de pesquisadores quanto à escolha e aplicação dos métodos. Nesse sentido, consideram-se como resultados da discussão, a proposta de que o problema fundamental na pesquisa científica, atualmente, consiste em assumir o desafio de ressignificar a visão sobre a fonte do conhecimento e, em consequência, os meios de deliberar sobre o que distingue verdade de verdade científica. Embora não seja uma questão nova, pois segue peregrina desde a sua origem, precisa ser conjecturada sob a emergência de uma nova mentalidade, dessa vez, desestabilizando-se da visão de que a tal verdade estaria ou no sujeito ou no objeto. Sendo a fonte do conhecimento um lugar de onde fala um sujeito que conhece e um objeto que é conhecido em posição de equidade epistemológica, a verdade poderia estar na relação entre eles e, em consequência, no Princípio da Complementaridade entre as ciências. Teria como pressuposto uma ética da religação, proposta por Morin, no contexto do pensamento complexo.
