Resumen de La observación ciudadana.: Orientaciones hacia una meta democratizadora en México

  Este trabajo pretende sostener la importancia que tiene la participación de la ciudadanía en las actividades eminentemente públicas y de gobierno, específicamente como un órgano o elemento regulador de esa actividad, el cual se instrumenta a través de la observación de los ciudadanos como sector social y como ente jurídico y político que puede –y debe- llevar a cabo la vigilancia de las gestiones realizadas en el gobierno por los funcionarios públicos. Se pone de manifiesto que la democracia en México requiere no solamente de reforzar su sistema de elecciones, sino que también es importante respetarle a la ciudadanía su poder de observación traducido en vigilancia, supervisión y sanción de toda aquella actividad pública realizada por el gobierno

  This work tries to maintain the importance that has the participation of the citizenship in the eminently public activities and of government, specifically like an organ or regulating element of that activity, which is orchestrated through the observation of the citizens like social sector and legal and political being that can - and must carry out the monitoring of the managements made in the government by the officials government. It is shown that the democracy in Mexico not only requires to reinforce its system of elections, but that also is important to respect to the citizenship its power of observation translated in monitoring, supervision and sanction to him of all that public activity made by the government.
