Resumen de Profissionalização de psicólogos para atuação em casos de abuso sexual

  Neste artigo discutimos a formação e o treinamento de alunos de Psicologia, enquanto observadores e/ou coterapeutas, em Grupos Multifamiliares (GMs) com famílias em que suas crianças e/ou adolescentes foram vítimas de abuso sexual intra ou extrafamiliar. Privilegiamos os aspectos relacionados aos sentimentos suscitados a partir dessa experiência e das contribuições para a sua formação enquanto futuro profissional psicólogo. Os estudantes, trinta mulheres e quatro homens (20 a 45 anos), receberam e responderam o instrumento por e-mail, o qual foi elaborado para conhecermos as condições objetivas e subjetivas de aprendizagem e participação deles na atividade. Sobre os resultados, tivemos dois eixos de sentimentos e atos: um nomeado como negativos (revolta, impotência, raiva, desconfiança) e outro que favorece o crescimento profissional/pessoal do aluno (sensibilidade para com o sofrimento alheio, maior disponibilidade em ouvir e reavaliação de preconceitos). O segundo eixo identificou contribuições positivas para a formação e futura atuação profissional dos alunos.

  We discuss, in this article, the formation and training of students of Psychology while observers and/or cotherapeuts in Multifamiliar Groups (MGs) with families in which their children and/or adolescents were victims of sexual abuse intra or extrafamiliar. We privileged the aspects related to the feelings aroused from this experience and the contributions for its formation while a future professional psychologist. The students, thirty women and four men (from 20 to 45 years old), received and replied to the instrument by e-mail, which was formulated so that we knew the objective and subjective conditions of apprenticeship and their participation in the activity. Regarding the results, we had two configurations of feelings and acts: one named as negatives (revolt, impotence, anger, distrust) and another that favours the professional/personal growth of the student (sensibility towards one’s suffering, greater availability to listen and reevaluation of prejudice). The second configuration aimed at identifying positive contributions for the formation and future professional performance of the students.
