Resumen de (In)Coerências entre práticas psicossocias em comunidade e projetos de transformação social: aproximações entre as Psicologias Sociais da Libertação e Comunitária

  Under the Community Social Psychology perspective, this paper presents a discussion about the challenges and dilemmas that are experienced daily by community workers and professionals, resulting of a complex component’s assemblage linked thet start on the work conditions, passing through the relations established with their work subject, even how these participants involved perceive themselves during this process, and what kind of meaning they assign to it along their lives. This study brings some reflections about possible relationship between professionals and internal agents, whose frequency constitute a crucial and delicate dimension for the daily work, is pertinent to the identification of possibilities for action at each of those poles. We propose an analysis of the psychosocial processes and dimensions present in the relations among the community, community workers, leaders and external agents who have been important during the community work. Understanding these dynamics, which change at each phase of the work, may contribute to an understanding of the reasons for both the successes and failures of the community work. To this end, an analysis about the dilemmas for the daily life in the community work.

  Este artigo faz uma análise sobre as possíveis relações entre as práticas comunitárias e os projetos políticos nos quais estão ancoradas. Pretende uma reflexão sobre as relações entre comunidade, líderes comunitários e agentes externos quanto a: significados sobre o próprio trabalho na vida cotidiana de cada um, possibilidades de avanço, coerências quanto às propostas de transformação. Propõe-se, também, uma análise sobe os processos e dimensões psicossociais presentes na relação comunidade, agentes externos e trabalhadores comunitários que têm se revelado fundamentais durante os trabalhos comunitários, para cada um dos pólos envolvidos. Para isso serão desenvolvidos três eixos de discussão: um sobre o contexto da globalização e suas repercussões para os trabalhos comunitários; outro, sobre as características das práticas comunitárias dentro da perspectiva das psicologias sociais da libertação e comunitária; e, por último, sobre os desafios psicossocais enfrentados pelo trabalhador comunitários na vida cotidiana.
